
一、個人簡歷
王金良,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院哈爾濱獸醫(yī)研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,國家自然科學(xué)基金“優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金”獲得者,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院杰出青年英才。兼任中國免疫學(xué)會獸醫(yī)免疫分會委員、中國畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會動物傳染病學(xué)分會青年委員、黑龍江省蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)學(xué)會理事。自工作以來,一直專注于解析囊膜病毒入侵細(xì)胞的共性機制。搭建了病毒感染相關(guān)宿主分子篩選平臺,利用此平臺,發(fā)現(xiàn)mGluR2與Cav1.2 α1c、TfR1協(xié)同發(fā)揮狂犬病病毒、新冠病毒和流感病毒內(nèi)化受體功能,揭示一種新的病毒內(nèi)化共性機制;發(fā)現(xiàn)α-SNAP受干擾素調(diào)控表達(dá)并直接調(diào)控弗林蛋白酶活性,影響多種病毒囊膜蛋白切割進而影響病毒內(nèi)化。近五年以第一或通訊(含共同)作者在Nature Microbiology、Cell Discovery、Protein & Cell、mBio、PLoS Pathogens(2篇)、Journal of Virology(姊妹篇)發(fā)表論文8篇。主持國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題、子課題、國家自然基金優(yōu)秀青年基金和青年基金等多項課題。
