步志高,博士,研究員,現(xiàn)任中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院哈爾濱獸醫(yī)研究所所長(zhǎng)、中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院研究生院獸醫(yī)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng),國家動(dòng)物疫病防控高級(jí)別生物安全實(shí)驗(yàn)室主任,重要人獸共患病與烈性外來病創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)首席科學(xué)家,黑龍江省“頭雁計(jì)劃”團(tuán)隊(duì)頭雁;兼中國畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)、中國畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)生物技術(shù)學(xué)分會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)、中國畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)動(dòng)物傳染病學(xué)分會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng);黑龍江省第十二、十三次黨代會(huì)代表,黑龍江省十三、十四屆人大代表、財(cái)經(jīng)委委員。
長(zhǎng)期致力于重大動(dòng)物疫病和人獸共患病防控研究及國家生物安全科技創(chuàng)新能力建設(shè)。組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了我國首個(gè)大動(dòng)物生物安全四級(jí)(P4)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的建設(shè)運(yùn)行,是全球建成運(yùn)行的少數(shù)幾個(gè)大動(dòng)物P4感染實(shí)驗(yàn)室之一。研制的禽流感、新城疫重組二聯(lián)活疫苗,是國際首個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的RNA病毒活載體疫苗,獲2007年國家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng),累計(jì)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)用300億劑量。研制的羊種布魯氏菌基因缺失活疫苗及配套鑒別診斷技術(shù),突破了制約布病疫苗應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵技術(shù)瓶頸,為2022-2026年農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部畜間布病防控五年行動(dòng)提供有力支撐。在非洲豬瘟流行病學(xué)、病原學(xué)研究及疫苗攻關(guān)取得重要進(jìn)展,有關(guān)研究在《科學(xué)》上發(fā)表,被評(píng)為“2019年度中國科學(xué)十大進(jìn)展”;研制了安全、有效非洲豬瘟基因缺失活疫苗,完成了生物安全生產(chǎn)性試驗(yàn)和新獸藥臨床試驗(yàn)。在新冠病毒感染機(jī)制研究、疫苗及治療劑的動(dòng)物模型評(píng)價(jià)取得進(jìn)展,有關(guān)動(dòng)物易感性研究結(jié)果在《科學(xué)》上發(fā)表,成為2020年全球最受關(guān)注的20篇科技論文之一。針對(duì)尼帕腦炎、裂谷熱、埃博拉等新發(fā)烈性人獸共患病,開展了防控技術(shù)的儲(chǔ)備研究。先后發(fā)表SCI論文160余篇,獲得發(fā)明專利50余件、疫苗及診斷試劑新獸藥證書5件、國家技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),為滿足重大動(dòng)物疫病和人獸共患病防控國家需求、提升我國生物安全科技支撐和創(chuàng)新能力做出了一定成績(jī)和貢獻(xiàn)。
