李蘇楠,女,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,重要人獸共患病與烈性外來(lái)病創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)科研骨干,中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院優(yōu)秀青年英才。主要從事囊膜病毒和宿主限制因子相互博弈調(diào)控病毒入侵機(jī)制方面的研究:解析了宿主限制因子SERINC5和逆轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒如HIV-1、MLV和EIAV相互博弈的機(jī)制;揭示了宿主因子通過(guò)調(diào)控病毒囊膜糖蛋白成熟影響病毒入侵的機(jī)制。目前主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng),參與1項(xiàng);主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年基金1項(xiàng),參與2項(xiàng);主持中國(guó)博士后科學(xué)基金1項(xiàng);主持中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院青年創(chuàng)新專項(xiàng)任務(wù)1項(xiàng);主持黑龍江省自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年、黑龍江省博士后科研啟動(dòng)金(一等)等省級(jí)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)。以第一(含共同)作者在Nat Commun、Cell Rep、Advanced Science、PLoS Pathog和J Virol等雜志發(fā)表SCI文章13篇。
