1、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷
尹鑫,男,博士,研究員,博士研究生導(dǎo)師,牛羊傳染病創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)首席科學(xué)家,國(guó)家高層次青年人才,黑龍江省自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金獲得者,中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院“杰出青年英才”。2014年畢業(yè)于東北農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位,2014-2020年分別在美國(guó)全國(guó)兒童醫(yī)院、桑福德·伯納姆·普利比斯醫(yī)學(xué)研究所從事博士后研究工作。目前主要聚焦于動(dòng)物源性病毒感染與免疫應(yīng)答方面的研究,重點(diǎn)以動(dòng)物源性病毒等為主要研究對(duì)象,通過分子生物學(xué)、反向遺傳學(xué)、高通量組學(xué)等相關(guān)技術(shù),解析病毒和宿主互作的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其關(guān)鍵生物學(xué)過程,闡明與感染建立相關(guān)病毒編碼產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)特征及生物學(xué)功能,發(fā)現(xiàn)探索參與病毒復(fù)制的關(guān)鍵宿主因子及其作用機(jī)制;同時(shí)著力開發(fā)新型診斷試劑、免疫佐劑及抗病毒藥物。在Nature、Cell、PNAS、Cell Research、PloS Pathogens、Autophagy、Molecular Cell、Cell Reports、Journal of Virology等雜志發(fā)表20余篇研究論文,其中以第一或通訊作者(含共同)在Nature (2021) 、PNAS (2018, 2025) 、Science Immunology (2024), Advanced Science (2025)、Autophagy (2020) 、Cell Reports (2021) 、mBio (2024)、PloS Pathogens (2017) 、Journal of Virology (2014, 2016, 2022) 、Journal of Biological Chemistry(2022)等發(fā)表論文16篇,為Advanced Science、PloS Pathogens、mBio、Journal of Virology、Antiviral Research, Journal of Medical Virology等20多個(gè)期刊雜志審稿。
