趙東明,博士,中共黨員,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院哈爾濱獸醫(yī)研究所研究員,博士生導師,非洲豬瘟防控創(chuàng)新團隊首席科學家,重要人獸共患病創(chuàng)新團隊黨支部書記,中組部國家級青年人才,中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院“農(nóng)科英才”領(lǐng)軍人才B類,黑龍江省“頭雁行動計劃”獸醫(yī)病毒學創(chuàng)新研究團隊骨干。自非洲豬瘟傳入我國以來,一直致力于非洲豬瘟基礎(chǔ)與防控研究,首次分離出我國非洲豬瘟強毒及基因II和I型低致死毒株,分別完成其基因組進化和致病性研究;解析了病毒顆粒精細結(jié)構(gòu)并提出組裝機制假說;作為核心骨干,創(chuàng)制出安全有效的非洲豬瘟弱毒疫苗,突破疫苗產(chǎn)業(yè)化瓶頸,完成農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)基因生物安全評價及臨床試驗;研制出非洲豬瘟抗體檢測試劑盒,通過應(yīng)急評價獲生產(chǎn)許可,為我國非洲豬瘟防控提供理論及技術(shù)支撐。以第一或通訊作者(含共同)在Science、PLOS Pathogens、Protein and Cell、Journal of Virology、Journal of Biological Chemistry等期刊發(fā)表SCI論文22篇。主持國家十三五重點研發(fā)項目;部分成果被科技部入選“2019年度中國科學十大進展” ;獲農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部授予的個人嘉獎、第十五屆黑龍江省青年科技獎。
