黃立平，女，博士，副研究員，豬消化道傳染病創(chuàng)新團隊，主要從事豬圓環(huán)病毒疫苗、診斷試劑盒分子生物學研究，主持國家自然基金青年項目和面上項目各1項、十三五和十四五重點研發(fā)項目子課題各1項、黑龍江省自然基金項目1項和哈爾濱市科技攻關項目1項，作為主要執(zhí)行人參與十一五國家科技支撐計劃項目、科技部農業(yè)科研成果轉化項目、公益性行業(yè)（農業(yè)）科研專項經費項目、國家重點研發(fā)計劃課題和國家863計劃課題等5項。發(fā)表SCI文章40余篇，其中以第一作者或通訊作者發(fā)表SCI文章18篇；獲得發(fā)明專利3項；主持豬圓環(huán)病毒2型cELISA抗體檢測試劑盒的研發(fā)、參與豬圓環(huán)病毒2型滅活疫苗（LG株）的研發(fā)，獲得新獸藥證書2項、中國農業(yè)科學院科學技術成果獎一等獎1項、中華農業(yè)科技三等獎1項和全國農牧漁業(yè)豐收獎二等獎1項。
