祁小樂,男,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師。中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)院哈爾濱獸醫(yī)研究所禽免疫抑制病創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)、動(dòng)物疫病防控全國重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、世界動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生組織(WOAH)傳染性法氏囊病參考實(shí)驗(yàn)室骨干專家。國家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目首席科學(xué)家、全國青年崗位能手、黑龍江省高層次人才(B類)、中國農(nóng)科院農(nóng)科英才;中國家禽疾病診療分委會秘書長、中國禽病學(xué)分會理事、中國獸醫(yī)公共衛(wèi)生學(xué)分會理事;科技部國家科技專家?guī)鞂<?、教育部學(xué)位中心專家、國家自然基金委同行評議專家;中國免疫學(xué)青年學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)、中國畜牧獸醫(yī)學(xué)會獎(jiǎng)、黑龍江省青年科技獎(jiǎng)、中國農(nóng)科院建院60周年卓越奉獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)獲得者;中國家禽、Viruses等期刊編委或編輯。
主要從事傳染性法氏囊病(IBD)等禽免疫抑制病和種源性疫病研究,率先制定了IBDV新的基因分型方法,首次鑒定了IBDV新型變異株新疫情的流行,闡明了我國IBDV流行新態(tài)勢;解析了迄今分辨率最高的IBDV粒子結(jié)構(gòu);率先建立了IBDV新型反向遺傳研究平臺,揭示了IBDV致病和遺傳變異的分子機(jī)制;創(chuàng)制了IBD等新型疫苗和檢測技術(shù),獲發(fā)明專利20余項(xiàng),獲國家新獸藥證書4項(xiàng),制定國家和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)4項(xiàng)。主持國家項(xiàng)目10余項(xiàng);以第1或通訊作者在Science Bulletin、mBio等發(fā)表論文60余篇;參編專著7部;獲中華農(nóng)業(yè)科技獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)等成果獎(jiǎng)8項(xiàng)。已培養(yǎng)研究生20余人(包括哈獸研首批博士留學(xué)生),學(xué)生多次獲得國家獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等榮譽(yù),畢業(yè)生均在學(xué)術(shù)單位、政府部門和龍頭企業(yè)肩負(fù)重要職責(zé)。
